F-F-F-FRIIIIIIIIIDDDDDDAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!

Hurrah! It's the weekend! Today I had 2 hours TOIL so I got to come home at 3pm which felt delicious! It's been a busy week work-wise and a fun week friend-wise. Weds evening was dinner chez Povall-Mitchell which was truly whoopass: great food, great company, great wine, great times. Thanks you guys! Then yesterday some of the gals went to see 'The Devil Wears Prada' which I thought was FABBALUS! A little slow at times, and they changed too much of the book for my liking BUT Ann Hathaway may just be my new style icon - she is soooooooooooooooooooo beeyootiful! And I thought Meryl Streep was amAZING! (although I got her confused with Glenn Close for a bit - think it was coz of Cruella DeVille)

And so to the weekend...The Campbell-Walker nuptials draw on apace, in that they are tomorrow! Pictures to follow!

I hate it when they totally change the movie from the book!! I refuse to read the Notebook- although I want to. It's like the movie "The Firm" I read the book, and they did something stupid like change the type of car Tom Cruise's character drove. I was annoyed by that. lol

Have a great weekend Lizzie!!

Lizzie, I wish I had a wedding to go to, I wanna dress up but never have a chance to LOL Glad you liked the movie, I don't think it's showing here yet, or is it? hmm.. anyways, have a GREAT weekend!!

Tiff... you HAVE GOT to read The Notebook... please! You'll feel sorry if you don't!! Trust me, the book is A-MAZING, so much better than the movie, even if you saw the movie first!! btw, the movie sucks :(

You know it was our pleasure Liz!! I've not had such a fun filled wk/wkend in ages. Btw, you looked FAB at the wedding.

I also agree that The Notebook is a greeaat read, keep meaning to see the movie. The rule of thumb is though that the movie is never as good as the book, so I'm sure you won't be disappointed.
