Remember....
...the days before mobiles?? They were funny. However did we manage? The kids I work with think it's hysterical that I did not have a mobile phone when I was at school. I tell then that I think it's hysterical that they don't even GO to school. I would not have dared to be so disobedient. They think this is also funny. Whatever is the world coming to?

LOL, I can remember catching a bus into town to meet a guy and got stood up. I then trundled my sorry ass back to the bus and went home. If I had a mobile back then, I can only imagine the amount of harrassment I would have dished out!!
I remember not having a mobile phone and I didn't die because of it.
I think life was even better without them.
We still went to see our friends and stuff, life just became more stressfull since there are mobile phones.
I remmember my parents first mobile's....HUGE!!!!!!
I'm amazed to see little kids with great hi-tech phones, I ask myself why do they have so hi-tech phones if they are just kids..?

what i find hilarious, actually, really annoying, is the way 'kids these days' walk along, one hand in down their trackies, and the other holding their phone somewhere in mid-air halfway between their ear and arms length playing some really tinny, really crap music at full blast (which isn't that loud - but loud enough to be really annoying)! Why? i ask you? Why? That would have NEVER happened in my day. Love Mr Hughes x
